Municipal Accounting Services
A program from NCLM to promote financial capacity and reliability for smaller governments.
The N.C. League is proud to offer Municipal Accounting Services (MAS), a first-of-its-kind assistance program. Through generous state support, NCLM and our partners Black Mountain Software are working with participating local governments to implement financial software and provide direct access to accounting assistance.
Through the grant period, which runs through 2026, NCLM will pay all member costs associated with participation in the MAS program.
