Upcoming Webinar June 30, July 1 to Feature Gov. Cooper, Cover Critical ARP Topics


On June 30 at 6:30 p.m. and July 1 at 1 p.m.​, the N.C. League encourages all members to attend "American Rescue Plan Act: Regional Information Sessions for Local Governments," an informational session that will featuring remarks from Governor Roy Cooper, followed by presentations and Q&A from state agencies and organizations supporting local governments. Information presented will be the same for each session, so please choose the session that works best for your schedule.

This event is hosted by NCLM in partnership with NCPRO, the UNC School of Government, the North Carolina Metro Mayors Association, Hometown Strong, the N.C. Association of County Commissioners, the N.C. Regional Councils of Government, the N.C. Rural Center, the N.C. Office of State Budget Management, the N.C. Department of Commerce, the N.C. Department of State Treasurer, the N.C. Broadband Infrastructure Office, the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality and the Governor's Office.

The webinar is free, but registration is required. We encourage all local government elected officials and staff who will be involved with the ARP to attend.
