Ahead of issuing full program guidance for the American Rescue Plan, the U.S. Treasury published on April 15 pre-award requirements for all entities receiving direct funds. This is specifically intended for metropolitan municipalities of 50,000 or more residents.
However, to ensure the seamless and timely payments to our cities and towns, NCLM encourages all municipalities in North Carolina to also meet these requests.
