The North Carolina League of Municipalities is seeking qualified engineering and planning firms to include in our newly launched American Rescue Plan suite of Topic-Specific Technical Assistance Services to aid municipal non-entitlement units with their ARP funds and projects.

NCLM will select as many engineering and planning firms as it deems, in its sole discretion, to be well-suited for this work based on the needs of N.C. municipalities and the scope of their ARP funded projects. The League will coordinate with the municipal non-entitlement units as they consider selection of appropriate engineering and planning services for ARP issues.
