April 30, 2022 is the ARP Reporting Deadline for Non-Entitlement Units
Resources, tools and guides to help you complete the Project and Expenditure Report
For non-entitlement units, annual Project and Expenditure Reports for the American Rescue Plan are due on April 30. We are here to help you in that process.
Expenditure reports include obligations, expenditures, and other project data. The first reporting deadline for NEUs to submit the Project and Expenditure Report is April 30, 2022, and will cover the period between March 3, 2021 and March 31, 2022. The Project and Expenditure Report will become available to complete approximately 30 days before the deadline. However, local government officials can go into the portal now to set up their accounts and assure they have access to the site prior to the reporting deadline.

Where is certain information?
Much of the information NEUs will need to complete the report can be found in documents previously provided to them by NCPRO and U.S. Treasury. This attachment contains blank versions of those documents. Hopefully this aids in your document searching.
